Detailed review of my Lower Manhattan set

I purchased the Lower Manhattan model set as a display piece for my office. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. It shipped within two business days and arrived securely packed in sturdy foam inserts, preventing any damage during transit. The models themselves are incredibly accurate, capturing the architectural nuances of each building. The white resin material feels substantial and the individual tiles fit together seamlessly. I did have a question about cleaning the models, and customer support replied within 24 hours with helpful advice. It's a significant piece and definitely a focal point. My only very small observation is that the connection points between some tiles felt a tiny bit looser than others, but it doesn't affect the overall display once arranged.

Good value for a first purchase

I was looking for a unique gift and Microscape caught my eye. I picked up the Flatiron Building model during a holiday sale. The discount made the price much more appealing. Shipping was free because my order was over $100, which was a nice bonus. The model itself is well-made and my friend loved it. For the price I paid, I feel like I got good value. It was worth the purchase.

Good detail, shipping a bit slow

I ordered the Empire State Building model and it arrived well-packaged. The detail on the model is really impressive, especially for the scale. It fits perfectly on my desk. My only minor complaint is that shipping took a full 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little long compared to other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but faster shipping would make it even better.

Fast delivery, good product

Ordered Central Park model tiles. They arrived quickly. Product quality was as expected. No issues. Looks good on my shelf.

Absolutely love my new model!

I just received my World Trade Center Copper Edition and it is stunning! The finish is beautiful and the craftsmanship is incredible. It looks even better in person than it did on the website. I'm so excited to display it in my living room. This is definitely going to be a conversation starter. I will absolutely be shopping here again for gifts. Seriously, you guys are doing amazing work!
